This one-hour consultation is all about you — your health, your wellbeing, and your journey to feeling your best. We’ll take the time to explore your health story and dive deep into what’s been going on, looking at the bigger picture of your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. You’ll have the space to ask questions, and express your health concerns. By the end of our session, you’ll leave with a personalised plan designed to guide you towards making sustainable changes. Most importantly, you will feel truly heard and ready to take the next steps towards better health. Here’s what we can cover: • A thorough look at your health history, including medical background, lifestyle, and nutrition • A review of your hormonal, metabolic, and/or emotional well-being, and understanding how they are all connected • A review of any past tests or reports you’ve had, and if needed, suggest further testing* • Personalised lifestyle tips that cover nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, using a holistic approach to suit your lifestyle • A step-by-step action plan, with a collaborative approach, to improve your health with practical, evidence-based tips • Prescriptions, if needed, sent directly to your pharmacy Throughout this process, we’ll work together to set realistic, achievable goals, ensuring your health plan is tailored to what truly matters to you. If you’re ready to take a deep dive into your health and make some real, lasting changes, this is the perfect way to start. *We also offer support with non-funded personalised tests, such as gut microbiome testing, nutrigenomics (nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on your DNA), or continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) to get even more insights into your health.
