This 30-minute consultation is all about providing a supportive and focused space to check in on your health and make sure you’re on the right track. While it’s perfect as a follow-up for teenagers, it’s also an ideal option for younger children to have their first consultation and address any health concerns. We know that everyone is unique, and we’re here to meet you where you are. During this session, we’ll take the time to review your progress, address any new concerns, and ensure your care plan is tailored to fit your needs perfectly. Our goal is to provide simple, practical steps that make a real difference in how you feel. Here’s what we’ll cover: • A look at how things have been going since your last consultation (if applicable) • A chance to discuss any new health concerns or changes • Personalising or adjusting your care plan with simple and practical lifestyle advice • Reviewing any recent test results, with guidance on whether further testing might be helpful • Prescriptions sent directly to the pharmacy, if needed • A welcoming space to ask questions and get clear, practical advice on next steps This consultation is perfect for teenagers needing continued support or younger children attending their first health check. It’s designed to address any concerns in a warm, approachable way, giving you the care and guidance you need to feel your best.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the consultation fee.
